Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- The application has not yet been submitted for processing.
- You paid by mistake and informed us before processing started.
- We are unable to provide the service due to an internal issue from our side.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available once the visa application has been submitted, processed, approved, rejected, delayed, or placed under additional review.
Refunds are also not available for:
- Visa rejection by immigration or processing authority
- Incorrect, unclear, expired, or incomplete documents
- Wrong information provided by the applicant
- Duplicate applications submitted by the customer
- Change of travel plans
- No-show, flight cancellation, or entry refusal
- Overstay, blacklist, travel ban, or immigration restriction
- Delay caused by authorities or additional document requests
- Service fees, payment gateway fees, or third-party charges already used
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The final credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

To request a refund, contact us with your order number, full name, payment proof, and reason for the refund request.
